Forecourt Refresh Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. Although our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold requiring publication under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to make this voluntary statement to demonstrate our ethical standards and commitment to responsible business practices.
Our Business
Forecourt Refresh Ltd operates across the UK, providing specialist forecourt and retail construction services. We employ a nationwide workforce and engage subcontractors and suppliers to support our operations.
Our Commitment
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and all forms of exploitation. Our policies apply to all employees, contractors, agency workers and suppliers.
Policies & Controls
Our internal policies to prevent modern slavery include:

Supply Chain Expectations
We expect all suppliers and subcontractors to:
- Operate ethically
- Prohibit forced or compulsory labour
- Follow UK employment and immigration laws
- Adhere to fair working practices
Where suppliers have their own Modern Slavery Policy, we require them to comply fully.
Training & Awareness
Staff involved in recruitment, onboarding and subcontractor management are trained to recognise indicators of modern slavery and understand how to report concerns.
Reporting Concerns
Any employee, contractor or supplier who suspects modern slavery must report it immediately to the Managing Director or via:
